江苏沿海地区小麦主栽品种抗茎基腐病性鉴定及病害生物防治
Evalution of Resisitance of Commercial Wheat Cultivars and Biological Control on Fusarium Crown Rot in Coastal Areas of Jiangsu

Abstract
This study aimed to screen wheat cultivars resistant to Fusarium crown rot(FCR)in coastal areas of Jiangsu and investigate the effect of biocontrol agents on FCR.The FCR resistance of thirty wheat cultivars was identified,and the control efficiency of five biocontrol agents on FCR was evaluated.The results of inoculation at germinal sheath stages showed that only one of the wheat cultivars was moderately resistant;nine cultivars showed moderately susceptible and no immune or high resistance cultivars.The control efficiency of several biocontrol agents on Yangmai 25 and Jimai 22 cultivars was evaluated using inoculation at both germinal sheath and seedling stages in the greenhouse,with the chemical agent Kuras treatment as a control.Among these treatments,the inoculation of B.velezensis PJP10 showed the best control effects on re-ducing the incidence and disease index of FCR,which was close to the results of chemical control treatment.The control effect of inoculation at germinal sheath stage was 78.04%and 61.62%,and that of inoculation at seedling stage was 40.81%and 36.11%.The selection of disease-re-sistant cultivars and biocontrol resources will provide reference for comprehensive control of FCR in Jiangsu coastal areas.关键词
