Abstract

In order to understand the properties of industrial waste phosphogypsum modified asphalt mortar,and the effects of powder to binder ratio and asphalt types on the properties of phosphogypsum asphalt mortar,phosphogypsum was used to replace conventional mineral powder with equal quality,and 70#and 90#matrix asphalt mortar and SBS modified asphalt mortar were prepared respectively.The high and low temperature properties,shear strength and temperature sensitivity of the three types of asphalt mortar were studied,the viscosity-temperature curves were established,and regression analysis was carried out to analyze the law of the influence of ratio of powder to binder on the road performance of phosphogypsum asphalt mortar from multiple angles.The results show that the properties of the mortar in different bitumen are different with the change of the dosage of phosphogypsum and the ratio of powder to glue.The viscosity of asphalt mortar is a power function of temperature,and the viscosity and temperature sensitivity of phosphogypsum based modified asphalt mortar are greater than that of matrix asphalt mortar.The increase of powder binder ratio reduces the ductility and coning degree of phosphogypsum based asphalt mortar,improves the softening point,shear strength and viscosity,and has a certain effect on the high temperature performance of the mortar,and its comprehensive performance should be considered in practical application.
