摘要

Abstract

This article studies the key process of minimally invasive grouting repair technology for semi-rigid base asphalt pavement cracks,aiming to solve the problems of long construction period,large material waste,and serious damage to pavement structure caused by traditional repair methods.By optimizing the ratio of high-performance polymer materials,the repair material has achieved high tensile strength,high elongation,low water absorption,and micro expansion.The construction process includes precise crack detection,drilling and cleaning,grouting and other processes,among which the innovative grouting conduit design and standardized process flow significantly improve construction efficiency and repair quality.Compared with traditional repair techniques,this technology has less road disturbance,less material usage,faster construction speed,and can effectively improve repair strength and durability.The application effect shows that this technology significantly improves the quality of road surface repair,and extends the service life of roads.
