Abstract

After turbine blades are in service,the defect surface oxide film will affect the repair quality of vacuum brazing.By cleaning the IC10 alloy with fluoride ion,the effects of fluoride ion cleaning on the removal of oxide film,the changes of surface elements and the high temperature endurance performance of the alloy are analyzed.The results show that the fluoride ion cleaning is not affected by the surface morphology,and can remove the complex oxide film such as Al2O3 in each region more uniformly.With the enhancement of cleaning specification,the deoxygenation of IC10 alloy surface increases first.Then it quickly reaches a more stable state after the 900℃/4 h specification,and eventually maintains at about 90%.The specification of 900℃/4 h can ensure the removal effect of the oxide film on the alloy surface.Under the premise that all cleaning specification can basically remove the oxide film,the thickness reduction of the matrix depends only on the thickness of the initial oxide layer.After fluoride ion cleaning,the element content of the alloy surface changes.The Ni element shows monotonous and depletion,while the Cr element is enriched and maintains approximately the same content in the near surface region of the alloy when the fluoride ion cleaning specification is strong.The thickness of the element change layer is positively correlated with the strength of the cleaning.In the process of fluoride ion cleaning,the IC10 alloy is aged.Under the influence of γ'phase,the high temperature endurance performance of the alloy increases first and then decreases,and reaches 146.08 h after cleaning at 1000℃/4 h.The complex oxide film on IC10 blade can be effectively removed by proper fluoride ion cleaning,and the wetting spread of the filler metal on various defects can be ensured.
