OFDM-IM在电力线信道下的性能分析
Performance Analysis of OFDM-IM in Power Line Channels

Abstract
The power line channel is a very strict cable channel,which not only has time variation and frequency selectivity,but also has a large amount of background noise and impulse noise,which seriously affects the transmission quality of the signal.In order to construct a smart grid and resist the influence of power line channels,orthogonal frequency division multiplexing with index modulation(OFDM-IM)with excellent bit error performance is applied to power line communication,and the carrier with large channel gain is selected for index modulation to improve the transmission quality of the signal under the power line channel.Firstly,the multipath modeling of the power line transmission channel is carried out,and the Bernoulli-Gaussian process modeling is carried out on the impulse noise.Then,the modulation and demodulation scheme of OFDM-IM is introduced in detail,and the bit error performance of the scheme in the power line channel is studied,and finally the bit error performance is compared with the traditional OFDM scheme in the power line channel.Experimental results show that OFDM-IM has better bit error performance than OFDM in power line channel.关键词
