摘要

Abstract

Nanopore sensing technology is a simple and efficient single-molecule electrochemical an-alytical technique,which is widely used in fields such as DNA sequencing,molecular sensing,dis-ease diagnosis,and environmental monitoring.Compared to traditional analytical techniques,nano-pore sensing presents many advantages,including ultrahigh detection sensitivity,rapid detection,portable device,and low cost,making it particularly suitable for on-site and rapid detection applica-tions.In recent years,the application of nanopore sensing technology in rapid detection of food con-taminants has been developing rapidly,covering targets such as foodborne pathogens and chemical contaminants including mycotoxins and pesticides.It gradually grows as a new hot topic in the fields of analytical chemistry and food safety.This review mainly focuses on the research progress of biologi-cal nanopore-based sensing technology for the rapid detection of food contaminants in the past five years,including the basic principles of nanopore sensing technology,recent key advances in the rap-id detection of foodborne pathogens and chemical contaminants in food.It also provides an outlook on future trends on this topic.
