糖酵解及其产物在冠心病中的作用及机制
The role and mechanism of glycolysis and its products in coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a cardiovascular disease that seriously threatens human health.Its pathogenesis involves multiple pathological processes such as lipid metabolism disorder,chronic inflammatory response,oxidative stress,vascular endothelial dysfunction and immune regulation imbalance.Research has found that abnormal myocardial energy metabolism,especially the dysregulation of the glycolytic pathway,plays a key role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Glycolytic metabolic products such as lactic acid,pyruvic acid,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)participate in the disease process by regulating anti-inflammatory responses,regulating lipid metabolism,maintaining vascular endothelial function and inhibiting platelet aggregation.These findings not only reveal the important role of glycolysis in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,but also provide new ideas for early warning and targeted treatment of the disease,making it a hot research area in current cardiovascular research.This article reviews the mechanism of the role of glycolysis and its metabolic products in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,and explores its clinical transformation potential,aiming to provide theoretical basis and research directions for the optimization of coronary heart disease prevention and treatment strategies.关键词
