Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in patients with gallbladder stones and acute cholecystitis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with gallstones complicated by acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024.According to different treatment timings,60 patients who underwent surgery within 1 week of onset were classified as the observation group(early LC),while 20 patients who underwent surgery within 2 weeks of onset were classified as the control group(delayed LC).Perioperative indicators,complications,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,time of first flatus and postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P＞0.05).The observation group also had fewer complications and a lower recurrence rate than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Early LC surgery for patients with gallstones complicated by acute cholecystitis can optimize perioperative indicators,significantly shorten hospital stays,reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rates,and enhance surgical safety.关键词
