江西省心理热线运行现状及存在问题分析与对策
Analysis of the current operation status,existing problems and countermeasures of Jiangxi Provincial Psychological Hotline

Abstract
Based on the concept of crisis intervention and public services,this paper systematically analyzes the psychological hotline service system in Jiangxi Province by adopting a combination of methods including literature research,field investigation,and in-depth interviews.At present,Jiangxi Province has built a psychological hotline network covering the provincial,municipal,and county levels,with a total of 36 service hotlines.It has formed a diversified governance model jointly managed by government departments such as the Political and Legal Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee,the Jiangxi Provincial Health Commission,and the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China,together with mental health specialist medical institutions.In terms of organizational structure,there are three typical types:the relatively loose three-level structure,the compact three-level structure,and the individual combat-type structure.Through measures such as continuously increasing funding investment,improving management systems,optimizing personnel allocation,promoting informatization construction,and facilitating collaborative development,the service efficiency of psychological hotlines in Jiangxi Province has been significantly improved.Among them,the"966525"hotline has become the most influential psychological hotline in the province.However,the current system still faces problems such as poor operation efficiency of some hotlines,insufficient funding guarantee,limited ability to handle special cases,and imperfect cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms.Based on these factors,in the future,efforts should be made from four dimensions:optimizing service layout,expanding funding sources,improving professional capabilities,and strengthening collaborative linkage,so as to promote the high-quality development of psychological hotline services in Jiangxi Province.In general,the construction of provincial and municipal hotlines is relatively mature with distinct characteristics.Although county-level hotlines have played a fundamental role,their service capabilities and coverage still need to be further strengthened.This paper provides an important practical reference for improving the regional psychological service system.关键词
