摘要
Abstract
Remimazolam is a short-acting,controllable benzodiazepine drug that has been widely utilized in various short-term surgeries and diagnostic procedures. However, due to its relatively recent market introduction, its application in bronchoscopy remains limited, and clinical experience of use is still scarce. This article synthesizes a series of clinical studies by domestic and international scholars, providing a comprehensive review on multiple aspects, including the comparison of remimazolam with other commonly used sedatives, its adverse reactions, its use in elderly patients, and its combination with new technologies.Literature review results indicate that the advantages of remimazolam include rapid onset and offset, absence of drug accumulation, minimal residual sedative effects post-procedure,negligible impact on liver and kidney function, almost no injection pain, relatively mild adverse reactions, minimal influence on respiration and circulation, and the availability of a specific antagonist.Additionally, the recommended dosage of remimazolam requires individualized adjustment, particularly for elderly patients. The combined application of remimazolam with various new technologies holds promise for enhancing the convenience and safety of bronchoscopic diagnosis and treatment. These findings suggest that remimazolam can significantly improve the safety and efficacy of sedation during bronchoscopic procedures, demonstrating promising application prospects and developmental potential.关键词
