摘要

Abstract

Neuroplasticity is crucial for the recovery of post-stroke functional deficits.Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is an emerging non-invasive brain imaging technique that measures relative concentration changes of oxygenated and deoxy-genated hemoglobin in brain tissue under different task conditions,reflecting the functional activities in the cerebral cortex.Its sim-ple operation,high mobility,low motion sensitivity,and minimal constraints on subjects make it suitable for dynamic assessment,feedback,and interaction in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological impairments.It offers innovative approaches for the func-tional evaluation,therapeutic efficacy assessment,efficacy prediction,and guidance of rehabilitation plans for stroke patients with motor dysfunction.This study provides an overview of fNIRS technology and investigates its role in assessing brain functional reor-ganization and formulating rehabilitation strategies for stroke patients,with the goal of providing references for its application in functional evaluation and neurorehabilitation post stroke.The overview of fNIRS technology encompasses a concise introduction to the imaging principles,technical advantages,brain function assessment indices,and multi-band fNIRS brain function analysis models.Through analyzing the characteristics of brain functional reorganization in stroke patients with fNIRS,and clarifying the pat-terns and features associated with post-stroke motor dysfunction rehabilitation,we can provide theoretical guidance for stratified re-habilitation management and the formulation of targeted neural circuit intervention strategies in stroke.Through developing a sys-tematic and precise detection paradigms and evaluative feedback metrics,and real-time capturing the brain's specific responses and reorganization processes of brain functional networks induced by rehabilitation interventions with fNIRS technique,we can further the understanding of the mechanisms by which fNIRS technology aids in the rehabilitation of stroke patients,promote the develop-ment of personalized rehabilitation strategies,and achieve the goal of precision rehabilitation.
