Standard for Cardiac Rehabilitation Technical Guidance
摘要
Abstract
Cardiac rehabilitation refers to the application of comprehensive medical approaches encompassing exercise,medi-cation,psychosocial support,nutrition,and behavioral interventions,including smoking cessation and alcohol restriction to help pa-tients with cardiovascular diseases achieve a normal or near-normal lifestyle,lower the risk of recurrent cardiovascular events and sudden death,and expedite the recovery of physical strength and societal reintegration.Cardiac rehabilitation,centered around exer-cise,markedly improves exercise tolerance,mood,and mortality outcomes in patients with cardiovascular diseases,enhances the quality of life,and decreases medical costs and the risk of hospital readmission.The aim of establishing the"Standard for Cardiac Rehabilitation Technical Guidance"is to aid clinicians in standardizing the formulation and implementation of cardiac rehabilitation programs,enhancing the effectiveness of cardiac rehabilitation,and fostering its advancement.This guideline provides a detailed exposition of cardiac rehabilitation assessment and its timing,development of exercise,medication,nutritional,and psychological prescriptions,risk factor control,strategies to enhance patient compliance,quality control in cardiac rehabilitation,and home-based cardiac rehabilitation programs.This guideline is intended to guide clinical cardiologists,rehabilitation physicians,general practitio-ners,and rehabilitation therapists in formulating and implementing cardiac rehabilitation programs.关键词
