Abstract
The Zhanhua District of Binzhou City is located in northern Shandong Province,at the estuary of the Yellow River and along the southern shore of the Bohai Bay,with a land area of 2,219 km2.The region faces a scarcity of local water resources and a heavy dependence on water from the Yellow River.In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,the utilization and regulation of water resources have become stricter,leading to growing tensions between supply and demand and an increasingly severe water resource situation.Determining strategies based on available water resources and ensuring sustainable economic development through rational use of these resources has become a critical issue.This paper provides an overview of irrigation infrastructure,irrigation water usage,water fees,and water resource development projects in Zhanhua District.It analyzes the existing problems in irrigation water resource utilization and proposes corresponding measures to address these issues,offering references for the development,utilization,and management of irrigation water resources in similar regions.关键词
