摘要
Abstract
Well-designed ecological restoration and protection plan can effectively enhance regional flood defense capabilities and protect river and lake ecosystems. To address the widespread ponds in the lower reaches of the Yuh River in Datong City,a one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupled hydrodynamic model was constructed using the MIKE software.Following on an assessment of the current flood-carrying capacity of the region,an ecological restoration and protection plan was proposed, and its effectiveness was evaluated and demonstrated using the coupled model. The results show that prior to treatment, there was a significant risk of flooding affecting farmland and rural roads in the section from the Daqin Railway Bridge to Nancun in the lower reaches of the Yuh River.By implementing measures such as constructing new embankments, modifying submerged roads, dredging and improving the river channel, and stabilizing the riverbanks, the floodwater levels in the lower reaches of the Yuh River from the Daqin Railway Bridge to its confluence with the Sanggan River were significantly reduced.Furthermore, the flood protection standard for the section from the Daqin Railway Bridge to Nancun was improved to withstand a 100-year flood event. These findings provide valuable insights for the implementation of modern water network construction in Shanxi Province.关键词
