Abstract
From July 28 to August 1,2023,under the influence of Typhoon"Doksuri,"an extremely rare and historic torrential rainstorm occurred in the Haihe River Basin.The Shisanling Reservoir basin experienced a flood exceeding the design standard,and the reservoir implemented its first flood discharge in nearly 25 years.Adhering to the principles of prioritizing people′s lives and safety,the reservoir management office mobilized all staff to actively prepare for the rainfall and manage flood discharge during the rainstorm.Through scientific flood scheduling,timely flood interception and peak-shifting discharge were achieved,minimizing disaster losses and providing solid protection for people′s lives and property.关键词
