长效重组FSH对内蒙古绒山羊腹腔镜活体采卵-体外胚胎生产效率的影响
Effect of long-acting recombinant FSH on efficiency of laparoscopic ovum pick-up-in vitro embryo production in Inner Mongolia cashmere goats

Abstract
To improve the efficiency of utilizing follicles of cashmere goats,Inner Mongolia cashmere goats were used as the research subjects in this study.Firstly,long-acting recombinant FSH(r-FSH)was used to induce follicular development in goats,while the control group being without hormone treatment and the follicular development was observed.Secondly,goats were treated with long-acting r-FSH and pituitary FSH(p-FSH),respectively.The control group being without hormone treatment,and laparoscopic ovum pick up-in vitro embryo production(LOPU-IVEP)was performed,and the oocyte recovery and their development in each group were counted.Finally,goats were treated with long-acting r-FSH during the breeding season and non-breeding season,followed by LOPU-IVEP,and the oocyte recovery and their development were counted.The results showed that the number of middle antral follicles(2-5 mm)in the long-acting r-FSH group was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.2±0.6 vs.4.6±0.4,P<0.05).Meanwhile,the number of average viable oocyte(11.2±0.6 vs.6.2±0.9)and blastocyst rate after fertilization[(33.5±3.4)%vs.(16.2±5.2)%]in the long-acting r-FSH group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference was observed compared to the p-FSH group(P>0.05).Further studies showed that no significant difference in the number of average viable oocytes was observed in goats treated with long-acting r-FSH between the breeding season group and the non-breeding season group(P>0.05),however,the cleavage rate[(69.1±4.1)%vs.(44.1±6.3)%]and blastocyst rate[(36.1±7.2)%vs.(20.3±3.5)%]of oocytes in the breeding season group were significantly higher than those of the non-breeding season group(P<0.05).In conclusion,long-acting r-FSH treatment could improve the efficiency of LOPU-IVEP in Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.关键词
