不同采卵方法对湖羊卵母细胞回收效果的影响
Effect of different ovum pick-up methods on oocyte recovery efficiency in Hu sheep

Abstract
This study aimed to compare the efficiency of conventional surgical ovum pick-up(OPU)versus laparoscopic ovum pick-up(LOPU),and to analyze the effects of operator skill level and different follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)stimulation protocols on oocyte recovery outcomes in Hu sheep,aiming to optimize the oocyte collection technology system.A total of 180 adult Hu ewes were randomly allocated to three steps:①Comparison of recovery efficiency between surgical OPU and LOPU methods;②Analysis of the operator′s influence on LOPU outcomes;③Investigation of the effects of different FSH protocols:constant FSH dose,decreasing FSH dose and long-acting FSH.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in oocyte recovery rate between surgical and LOPU groups(P>0.05).However,the number of viable oocytes recovered per session in surgical group was significantly higher than that in LOPU group(P<0.05).Operator 2 achieved significantly higher oocyte recovery rates,average number of oocytes per session and number of viable oocytes compared with other operators(P<0.05).The decreasing FSH dose protocol yielded significantly higher average numbers of oocytes per session and viable oocytes than both the constant FSH dose and long-acting FSH groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,while LOPU offers the advantage of being minimally invasive,improving oocyte recovery efficiency requires enhancing operator technical skills and optimizing FSH protocols;conventional surgical OPU recovers more viable oocytes per session but causes greater trauma to the donor ewes.关键词
