新农科背景下农业院校科研反哺教学的途径探索
Exploration on the pathways of practicing scientific research-feeding back teaching at agricultural colleges and universities in the context of new agricultural sciences

Abstract
In the context of the construction of new agricultural science,deepening the teaching reform is crucial for promoting the innovation and development of agricultural disciplines.At present,it has been noted that at some agricultural colleges and universities the teaching content leaves much to be desired for the actual production,teachers are less trained with the cutting-edge dynamics,and teaching methods are less efficient in meeting the diversified needs of students,suggesting an urgent integration of teaching-research-industry in teaching process.The teaching team of the course of sheep production at Nanjing Agricultural University adheres to the concept of"cultivating leadership talents and collaborating with industry,science and education to educate people",enriches the course content,innovates the teaching methods,and strengthens the construction of the ideology and politics to improve the quality of teaching.The teaching innovation is highlighted with the integration of industrial demand,scientific research platforms,process,achievements and other diversified elements with the aim of contributing to the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents with deep agricultural aspiration and innovative ability and the sustainable development of agricultural disciplines.关键词
