Research on Digital Forward Development Technology of Aviation Equipment Reliability Based on Requirements Management

Abstract
Reliability digitalization integrates the advantages of existing reliability technologies and digital twin technolo-gies,achieving a transformation and evolution in reliability technology,and represents the future form of its develop-ment.This paper,based on an analysis on the current status and causes of problems in the reliability work of aviation equipment,combined with the future digital development needs of equipment,analyzes the problems and challenges faced by traditional reliability work.It conducts research on the workflow of reliability digitalization,deeply discusses the connotation and prerequisites of reliability work under the digital development process,the parallel collaboration and reconstruction technology between the business model of reliability digitalization and the main development pro-cess,as well as the realization technology and standard requirements of reliability digitalization during the equipment development process.Finally,it proposes key technologies and solutions for the digitalization of reliability profession-als,and summarizes and looks forward to the future needs of reliability digitalization work in aviation equipment.It al-so proposes five key technical directions and solution directions that urgently need to be addressed in reliability digita-lization,providing support for enhancing the collaborative design iteration efficiency,information transmission integrity,and problem feedback traceability consistency between the forward development workflow and reliability workflow of aviation equipment in the digital development environment.关键词
