"发展-分配"范式转换下新质生产力促进共同富裕的路径研究
Research on the Path of Promoting Common Prosperity by New Quality Productivity Under the Paradigm Shift of"Development-Distribution"

Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly established common prosperity as the essential requirement of socialism.The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee further empha⁃sized the dialectical unity of"expanding the pie"and"sharing the pie".This paper,based on the theoretical framework of the development－distribution paradigm shift,uses panel data from 30 provinces and municipalities of China from 2012 to 2022,empiri⁃cally examines the intrinsic mechanism by which new quality productivity drive common prosperity.The study finds that new quality productivity promote common prosperity through dual pathways:technological innovation investment drives"expanding the pie"(economic scale expansion),while improved public services optimize"sharing the pie"(distribution efficiency improvement).Importantly,there exists a dynamic mutual promotion mechanism:"expanding the pie"is the prerequisite for"sharing the pie",and distribution optimization reciprocally boosts development leaps.This study reveals the intrinsic logic by which new quality pro⁃ductivity achieve common prosperity through the dynamic balance of development and distribution,providing theoretical support and decision－making references for constructing a long－term mechanism.关键词
