甘蔗地杂草防治药剂配方筛选与优化
Screening and Optimization of Herbicide Formulations for Weed Control in Sugarcane Fields

Abstract
To further screen suitable novel herbicide varieties for sugarcane fields,this study aims to clarify the combined action type and optimal mixing ratio of three herbicides:orthosulfamuron,topramezone,and fluroxypyr-meptyl.The biological activity of their mixtures against Digitaria sanguinalis,Commelina communis,and Cyperus rotundus were evaluated indoors using the foliar spray method.The Colby method was applied to evaluate the combined action type of the mixtures.The results showed that the combination of orthosulfamuron,topramezone,and fluroxypyr-meptyl exhibited a synergistic effect on Digitaria sanguinalis,Commelina communis,and Cyperus rotundus,indicating the feasibility of their combined use for controlling annual weeds in sugarcane fields.Considering factors such as efficacy and production costs,the recommended mixing ratio of active ingredients for the three herbicides is 3∶2∶10(orthosulfamuron∶topramezone∶fluroxypyr-meptyl).This study establishes a foundation for subsequent field plot trials to further validate weed control efficacy and crop safety.关键词
