Abstract

To address the issues associated with traditional composting technologies in filter mud,such as long maturation time,severe secondary pollution,and large land footprint,an efficient nano-composite catalytic rapid fermentation technology will be developed for the rapid treatment and high-value utilization of sugar mill filter mud.The technology employs immobilized biological agents and nano-loading catalyst preparation methods to catalytically ferment filter mud and bagasse pith within a specialized reactor.Through a multi-stage temperature control program and an intermittent intelligent stirring mode,rapid maturation of the materials is achieved.The production process is optimized using an exhaust gas purification system and a heat energy recovery mechanism.This technology significantly reduces the fermentation time required for traditional composting from 30~60 days to just 3~5 hours,markedly enhancing production efficiency.The produced organic fertilizer demonstrates approximately 20%higher organic matter and total nutrient content compared to conventional composting.Near-zero carbon dioxide emissions were realized during treatment process.Furthermore,the technology effectively inactivated pathogens,insect eggs,weed seeds,and antibiotics present in the waste.The final product complies with Chinese national organic fertilizer standard NY/T 525-2021.The nano-composite catalytic rapid fermentation technology achieves multiple breakthroughs in sugar mill filter mud treatment:it significantly shortens maturation time,increases organic matter conversion efficiency,reduces carbon dioxide emissions,and enables a zero-emission and pollution-free treatment process.This technology offers substantial economic and environmental benefits,providing a novel technical paradigm for organic solid waste treatment.
