Application effect of portable air cushion bed inflation pump with pres-sure alarm and power storage function in patients at high risk of pressure ulcers
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of portable air cushion bed inflation pump with pressure alarm and power storage function.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,100 high-risk patients with pressure ulcer in the Department of Neurosurgery of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional air cushion bed inflation pump,and the observation group was treated with portable air cushion bed inflation pump with pressure alarm and power storage function.The clinical effects of the two group were compared.Re-sults The total incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The injury site and area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of portable air cushion bed inflation pump with pressure alarm and power storage func-tion can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcer,and reduce the injury site and area,with high patient satisfaction and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
