Current status of Da Vinci robotic surgical system in gastrointestinal surgery
摘要
Abstract
The Da Vinci robotic surgical system features high-resolution 3D visualization and hand tremor filtration,enabling flexible and precise operations in confined spaces within the gastrointestinal field.Although its application in gastrointestinal surgery is expanding,high costs currently limit its primary use to gastric and colorectal cancer procedures,with relatively fewer implementations in benign conditions such as bariatric surgery,fundoplication,Heller myotomy,and rectal prolapse.The development process of Da Vinci robotic surgical system in gastrointestinal surgery is reviewed in this paper,hoping to provide reference for its future clinical applications.关键词
