昆明牛场蜱种及其携带梨形虫的分子鉴定
Molecular Identification of Tick Species and Piroplasms Carried by Ticks in a Cattle Farm in Kunming

Abstract
This study aims to conduct molecular identification of tick species and their carried Piroplas-ma in a cattle farm in Kunming City that is frequently affected by hemoprotozoan diseases.Tick species were identified through morphological analysis,16 S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing,and a total of 100 tick specimens were collected.Piroplasma species in ticks were determined also by amplifying the 18 S rRNA gene,followed by sequencing and genetic variation analysis.The dominant tick species parasitizing in the cattle farm was Rhipicephalus microplus.The overall positivity rate of Piroplasma in ticks was 23%,which included Babesia bigemina and Theileria orientalis.关键词
