快速检测方法在牛结核病监测净化中的应用及效果分析
Application and Effect Analysis of Rapid Detection Methods in the Surveillance and Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis

Abstract
To verify the application effect of rapid detection methods in the process of bovine tubercu-losis eradication,368 adult cattle were selected and tested for tuberculosis using the tuberculin skin test(TST)and the interferon-γin vitro detection method(IFN-γ).Meanwhile,the colloidal gold immuno-chromatography assay(GICA)and the high-sensitivity fluorescence immunochromatography assay(HFIA)were used for synchronous detection.The positive rates were consistency between the two rapid detection methods(GICA and HFIA)and the national standard methods were used for comparison.The re-sults showed that the positive rates by the four methods were 3.81%,5.16%,2.99%,and 4.62%,respec-tively.Among them,the positive rate detected by IFN-γwas significantly higher than the other three me-thods(P≤0.05).The positive rate of HFIA was 1.21 times that of TST,and 1.54 times that of GICA.If TST used as the standard value,the positive coincidence rates of GICA and HFIA were 57.14%and 71.43%,and the consistency between these and TST was highly consistent(K value was 0.62-0.63).If IFN-γmethod was taken as the standard value,the positive coincidence rates of GICA and HFIA were 52.63%and 78.95%,respectively.The positive rates between GICA and IFN-γwas highly consistent(K value was 0.65),and the consistency between HFIA and IFN-γwas extremely high(K value was 0.82).The results of combinations for different method showed that only the detection results of HFIA+IFN-γ were higher than the standard value,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).These results indica-ted that HFIA,as a new rapid detection method for bovine tuberculosis,had a detection efficiency close to the national standard recommended method and was superior to the conventional rapid detection method(GICA),and could be used for large-scale screening of bovine tuberculosis.关键词
