摘要

Abstract

The conventional testing equipment for hydrogen storage materials was not only characterized by cumbersome operations but was also associated with difficulties in the pre-cise control of experimental conditions,as well as issues related to the non-intuitive display of experimental data.To address these issues,a control system was designed and implemen-ted for the testing apparatus,based on the testing principles and procedures.The host com-puter software of the system was developed using Qt,which was configured to communicate with the hardware through the TCP/IP protocol.A serial server was employed to transmit commands for the control of relays,thereby enabling the automation of the experimental process.By acquiring parameters such as temperature and pressure from sensors,the system calculates the hydrogen absorption,hydrogen desorption,and mass fraction based on the collected and known values,and displays the calculated results.Experimental results show that the control system operated stably,can meet the requirements for automation,enables precise control of experimental conditions,and intuitively displays data and corresponding plotted curves,thereby achieving commendable control and display outcomes.
