Practice and Discussion on Environmental Facilities Testing in Laboratory Animal Settings
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to conduct static testing of relevant technical indicators in a laboratory animal facility,analyze the results,and provide insights for the daily mainte-nance and practical use of animal laboratories.Methods:In accordance with the national stan dard Laboratory Animal—Environment and Facilities(GB14925-2023),static testing was performed on various technical indicators related to the environmental facilities of the animal laboratory.Results:The detection showed that the laboratory met all stan dard requirements regarding temperature and humidity,air exchange rate,airflow velocity around animal cages,static pressure difference in connected areas,air cleanliness,settleable microorgan-isms,noise level,working illuminance,and animal illuminance.Conclusion:Environmental facility testing in laboratory animal settings not only optimizes the feeding and management of laboratory animals to improve animal health,but also helps detect and control adverse fac-tors in a timely manner.This effectively ensures the accuracy of the experimental results and safeguards the health and safety of the research personnel.关键词
