摘要
Abstract
Objective The specific changes of brain function in patients with migraine without aura were explored through meta-analysis.Methods Based on amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF),regional homogeneity(ReHo),and de-gree centrality(DC),case-control studies related to resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)in patients with migraine without aura included in PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang Database were retrieved.Through literature screening, quality assessment, and data extraction, coordinate meta-analysis was conducted using the activation likelihood estimation method. Results Eventually,22 rS-fMRI related studies were included. The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with healthy controls, patients with migraine without aura had decreased ALFF values in brain regions such as the left cuneus, left parietal lobule, left posterior cingulate gyrus, left subparietal lobule, right precuneus, and right arcturus, while increased DC values in brain regions such as the left fusiform gyrus, right fusiform gyrus, right middle temporal gyrus, right parahippocampal gyrus, and right cuticular nucleus. However, only the DC value of the right midfrontal gyrus decreased.ReHo analysis did not suggest significant differences. Conclusion Patients with migraine without aura have specific functional changes in brain regions at rest, which may be an important neural mechanism for disease onset and is expected to become a potential imaging marker for intervention treatment and therapeutic effect evaluation.关键词
