乳磨牙根管治疗术和活髓切断术回顾性研究OA
A retrospective study on root canal therapy and pulpotomy of primary molars
目的:观察分析根管治疗术与活髓切断术在乳磨牙牙髓感染治疗中的临床疗效.方法:回顾分析95颗行根管治疗术和106颗行活髓切断术的乳磨牙,分析其在6、12、18、24个月及更长时间内的临床和影像学资料.结果:术后24个月时活髓切断术的临床和影像学成功率分别为90.5％和87.7％.24个月时根管治疗术的临床和影像学成功率分别为73.6％和56.8％.结论:乳磨牙活髓切断术在6个月和24个月内均能取得较好的疗效;乳磨牙根管治疗术后6个月预后佳,而随访24个月预后较差.
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of root canal therapy and pulpotomy in the treatment of pulp infections in primary molars.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 95 primary molars treated with root canal therapy and 106 primary molars treated with pulpotomy.Clinical and radiographic data were evaluated at 6,12,18,and 24 months,as well as over longer follow-up periods.Results:At 24 months,the clinical and radiographic success rates of pulpot-omy were 90.5％and 87.7％,respectively.In contrast,the clinical and radiographic success rates of root canal therapy at 24 months were 73.6％and 56.8％,respectively.Conclusion:Pulpotomy in primary molars achieved favorable outcomes both at 6 months and 24 months.Root canal therapy in primary molars showed good prognosis at 6 months but poorer outcomes at the 24-month follow-up.
