乳磨牙根管治疗术和活髓切断术回顾性研究
A retrospective study on root canal therapy and pulpotomy of primary molars

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of root canal therapy and pulpotomy in the treatment of pulp infections in primary molars.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 95 primary molars treated with root canal therapy and 106 primary molars treated with pulpotomy.Clinical and radiographic data were evaluated at 6,12,18,and 24 months,as well as over longer follow-up periods.Results:At 24 months,the clinical and radiographic success rates of pulpot-omy were 90.5％and 87.7％,respectively.In contrast,the clinical and radiographic success rates of root canal therapy at 24 months were 73.6％and 56.8％,respectively.Conclusion:Pulpotomy in primary molars achieved favorable outcomes both at 6 months and 24 months.Root canal therapy in primary molars showed good prognosis at 6 months but poorer outcomes at the 24-month follow-up.关键词
