两种往复运动单支锉在磨牙显微根管治疗中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To compare the application effects of WaveOne Gold and Orodeka One Plex single-file in the treatment of molar microroot canal.Methods:Fifty molars diagnosed as irretrievable pulpitis were randomly divided into WaveOne Gold group and One Plex group.The root canal was prepared by WaveOne Gold single file and Orodeka One Plex single file,and the root canal was filled with single-cone obturation technique by using iRoot SP.The average root canal prep-aration time of each canal,postoperative pain of 24 h,48 h and 7 d after root canal preparation and the quality of root canal filling were compared between the two groups.Results:The average time of preparation per root canal in the WaveOne Gold group was significantly shorter than that in the One Plex group(P＜0.05).However,there were no significant differences ob-served between the two groups in terms of postoperative pain and root filling quality(P＞0.05).Conclusion:WaveOne Gold single file can significantly shorten the time required for root preparation and improve the efficiency of root canal treatment.关键词
