Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of patients with mandibular condylar fracture.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 92 patients with mandibular condylar fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to December 2024 was conducted.The patients were divided into a good prognosis group(82 cases)and a poor prognosis group(10 cases)according to whether postoperative complications occurred.General data of the two groups were analyzed.lo-gistic regression was used to analyze the prognostic factors of patients with mandibular condylar fracture.Results:A total of 92 patients with mandibular condylar fractures,among which the incidence of complications was 10.87％(10/92).The com-parisons of fracture sites,combined fractures in other sites and complications between the two groups showed significant differ-ences(P＜0.05).Univariate logistic analysis showed that the influencing factors for the postoperative prognosis of patients with mandibular condylar fractures were the fracture site(bilateral),combined fractures in other sites(combined maxillary fractures,other sites of the mandible,maxillary and maxillary fractures),and complications(infection,facial nerve inju-ry).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that the influencing factors for the postoperative prognosis of patients with mandibu-lar condylar fractures were the fracture site(bilateral),combined fractures at other sites(combined fractures at other sites of the mandible,maxillary and mandibular fractures),and complications(infection,facial nerve injury).Conclusion:Age(18～35 years old),gender(male),inducing factors(traffic accident injury),and classification of intracapsular fracture(type A and type B)are the clinical characteristics of patients with mandibular condylar fracture.The site of fracture(bilateral),com-bined with other sites(other parts of mandible,maxilla and mandible fracture),and complications(infection,facial nerve inju-ry)are the prognostic factors of mandibular condylar fracture.关键词
