Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of immediate implantation under socket shield technique and non-flap in maxillary anterior tooth area.Methods:A total of 46 patients undergoing maxillary anterior teeth implantation in the hospital were enrolled between March 2023 and March 2024.According to different implantation methods,they were di-vided into observation group(immediate implantation under socket shield technique)and control group(routine non-flap im-mediate implantation),23 cases in each group.The changes in absorption of labial bone plate[thickness of labial horizontal bone plate at implant shoulder(I0),about 3 mum shoulder root(I3),6 mm shoulder root(I6)],aesthetics[pink esthetic score(PES)of soft tissues,crown white esthetic score(WES),visual analogue scale(VAS)]and soft tissue height(labial gingival margin level,height of mesial and distal gingival papilla)immediately and at 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of complications was analyzed.Results:At 1 year after surgery,bone plate thickness at I0,I3 and I6 in observation group was higher(P＜0.05),WES,PES and VAS score were higher(P＜0.05),labial gingival margin level,height of mesial and distal gingival papilla were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of complications in the two groups was 17.39％and 21.74％,respectively,with no significant difference observed(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implantation under socket shield technique is beneficial to reduce absorption of labial bone plate and maintain aesthetics in maxillary anterior tooth area,with good clinical effect.关键词
