肌内效贴对口腔颌面外科术后伴随症状改善效果的Meta分析
A meta-analysis of the effect of kinesio taping on the improvement of accompanying symptoms after oral and maxillofacial surgery

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of kinesio taping in improving postoperative symptoms in oral and maxillofacial surgery patients.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on kinesio taping for postoperative symptoms in oral and maxillofacial surgery were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang,PubMed,and other databases from inception to January 20,2025.Two researchers independently screened literature,extracted data,and assessed quality.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software.Results:Fourteen RCTs involving 667 patients were included.The kinesio taping group showed significant improvements in facial swelling(WMD=-2.065,95％CI:-2.837～1.293),pain(WMD=-1.001,95％CI:-1.391～0.611),and maximal mouth opening(WMD=4.934,95％CI:3.180～6.689)compared with the control group(all P＜0.001).Conclusion:Kinesio taping effectively alleviates postoperative swelling,pain,and trismus in maxillofa-cial surgery,and improves patients'quality of life.关键词
