吞咽功能改良康复方案在口腔癌术后患者中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of a swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program on the swallowing function and quality of life of oral cancer patients.Methods:Eighty-two patients with oral cancer were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine di-agnosis,treatment and nursing care,while the experimental group received a swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program based on this.Results:The MDADI score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter.The incidence of oral food residue and aspiration in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(both P＜0.05),and the BMI of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at discharge(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The swallowing function improvement rehabilitation program can enhance the swallowing function of oral cancer patients and promote their recovery.关键词
