MAP评分与RENAL评分联合预测中国人群机器人辅助肾部分切除术围手术期结果的多中心研究
Combined MAP and RENAL scores for predicting perioperative outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy in Chinese population:a multicenter study

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of combining the Mayo adhesive probability(MAP)score with the RENAL score for perioperative outcomes in patients undergoing robot-assisted partial nephrectomy(RAPN).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 503 patients who underwent RAPN from January 2015 and October 2022 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.Multiple preoperative scoring systems were calculated and compared for their ability to predict intraoperative and postoperative outcomes.Logistic regression analysis,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,and nomograms were used to assess the predictive performance of individual scores and their combinations.Model discrimination and calibration were further validated using Bootstrap resampling and decision curve analysis.Results:In predicting MIC(Margin,Ischemia,and Complications),the RENAL score outperformed the PADUA score,while the MAP and APF scores showed similar predictive performance.Multivariate analysis identified MAP,APF,and RENAL scores as independent predictors of MIC.The combination of RENAL and MAP scores yielded the highest predictive accuracy(AUC=0.68)and showed good clinical utility in calibration and decision curve analysis.Conclusion:The combined model of RENAL and MAP scores shows excellent predictive value for favorable postoperative outcomes in RAPN and can serve as a valuable tool for preoperative risk assessment and individualized surgical decision-making.关键词
