摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty(RALP)combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy(FURL)in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO)complicated with renal calculi.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 8 patients with UPJO complicated with renal calculi who underwent RALP combined with FURL at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2020 to January 2024.Postoperative complications were analyzed,and surgical efficacy was systematically assessed using follow-up data including intravenous pyelography and CT examinations.Results:All 8 cases of surgery were successfully completed without typical postoperative complications.2 patients underwent second-stage lithotripsy surgery postoperatively.CT revealed significant stone reduction in 1 patient and complete stone clearance in 5 patients.Conclusion:RALP combined with FURL has definitive efficacy in the treatment of UPJO complicated with renal calculi,which is a safe and reliable surgical technique.
