Abstract

Objective:To investigate the independent risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia(IOH)in patients undergoing robot-assisted partial nephrectomy(RAPN)and establish a corresponding risk prediction model.Methods:Clinical data of 120 renal tumor patients who underwent RAPN at Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into the hypothermia group(n=38,core temperature<36.0℃)and the normothermia group(n=82)based on intraoperative core temperature.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to screen risk factors and construct a predictive model,with model efficacy evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:Univariate analysis indicated that irrigation fluid temperature,irrigation fluid volume,operative time,ASA Ⅲ,and room temperature were significantly associated with IOH occurrence(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression identified low irrigation fluid temperature(OR=0.40,95%CI:0.28~0.57),excessive irrigation fluid volume(OR=2.66,95%CI:1.54~4.60),prolonged operative time(OR=1.03,95%CI:1.01~1.05),ASAⅢ(OR=2.34,95%CI:1.11~4.93),and low room temperature(OR=0.73,95%CI:0.54~0.99)as independent risk factors for IOH during RAPN.The model achieved an AUC of 0.891,with sensitivity of 86.8%and specificity of 82.9%.Conclusion:The occurrence of IOH during RAPN is closely associated with irrigation management,operative time,and patient physiological status.The risk prediction model based on these key factors has significant clinical value,which can provide quantitative guidance for intraoperative temperature protection.
