需求导向护理模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者围手术期中的应用
Application of demand-oriented nursing model in the perioperative period of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of demand-oriented nursing model in the perioperative period of robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RALPN).Methods:152 patients who underwent RALPN at the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from December 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=76,receiving demand-oriented nursing)and the control group(n=76,receiving conventional nursing).The baseline data,perioperative indicators,quality of life,postoperative recovery,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group had shorter drainage tube retention time,urinary catheter retention time,drainage time,time to first feeding,and length of hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores for each dimension and total score of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were higher in both groups than those before intervention,and the observation group scored higher than the control group(P<0.05).First ambulation time,first anal exhaust time,first urination time,and first defecation time were earlier in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Demand-oriented perioperative care can effectively improve perioperative indicators in RALPN patients,improve quality of life,accelerate postoperative recovery,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
