需求导向护理模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者围手术期中的应用OA
Application of demand-oriented nursing model in the perioperative period of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy
目的:探究需求导向护理模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术(RALPN)围手术期的应用效果.方法:选取2022年12 月—2024 年 12 月于海军军医大学第一附属医院接受RALPN的 152 例患者,随机分为观察组(实施需求导向护理,n=76)和对照组(实施常规护理,n=76).比较两组患者基线资料、围手术期指标、生活质量、术后恢复情况、术后并发症情况.结果:观察组引流管留置时间、导尿管留置时间、引流时间、首次进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组患者生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分及总分均高于护理前,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组首次下床时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排尿时间、首次排便时间均早于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:需求导向护理可以有效改善RALPN患者围手术期指标,提高生活质量,加快术后恢复,降低并发症发生风险.
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of demand-oriented nursing model in the perioperative period of robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RALPN).Methods:152 patients who underwent RALPN at the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from December 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=76,receiving demand-oriented nursing)and the control group(n=76,receiving conventional nursing).The baseline data,perioperative indicators,quality of life,postoperative recovery,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group had shorter drainage tube retention time,urinary catheter retention time,drainage time,time to first feeding,and length of hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores for each dimension and total score of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were higher in both groups than those before intervention,and the observation group scored higher than the control group(P<0.05).First ambulation time,first anal exhaust time,first urination time,and first defecation time were earlier in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Demand-oriented perioperative care can effectively improve perioperative indicators in RALPN patients,improve quality of life,accelerate postoperative recovery,and reduce the risk of complications.
