基于循证护理的精益护理在机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术患者中的应用
Application of evidence-based nursing combined with lean nursing in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of evidence-based nursing combined with lean nursing in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP). Methods:128 patients who underwent RARP at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into the study group(receiving evidence-based nursing combined with lean nursing)and the control group(receiving routine nursing)using the random number table method,with 64 patients in each group.Intraoperative risks,psychological status,self-care ability,and pain levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of various intraoperative risk events was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores on postoperative day 3 were lower than those on the day of surgery in both groups,and the VAS scores on the day of surgery and postoperative day 3 were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)scale were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing combined with lean nursing in RARP can achieve favorable outcomes.It can enhance patients'self-care ability,improve anxiety and depression,alleviate postoperative pain,and reduce intraoperative risks,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
