机器人辅助腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术联合多学科护理康复方案在肾肿瘤患者中的应用效果研究
Application effect of robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy combined with multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation in patients with renal tumors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy(RALN)combined with multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation in renal tumor patients.Methods:168 renal tumor patients who were treated at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=84,receiving laparoscopic nephrectomy)and the observation group(n=84,receiving RALN).Both groups received perioperative multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation.Postoperative recovery,pain levels,renal function,24-month progression-free survival,and complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group showed shorter time to first flatus,ambulation,oral intake,drainage tube removal,catheter removal,and hospitalization than the control group(P<0.05).Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores at 2 h and 24 h postoperatively were lower in the observation group than the control group under both coughing and resting states(P<0.05).Improvements in uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(Scr)at 3 and 7 days postoperatively were superior in the observation group(P<0.05).After 24 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to laparoscopic surgery,RALN has superior therapeutic outcomes with accelerated postoperative recovery,reduced recurrence rates,and enhanced rapid rehabilitation.关键词
