摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of the MAKO robot in total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:42 patients who underwent THA at Beijing United Family Hospital from September 2020 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=21,receiving MAKO robot-assisted THA)and the control group(n=21,receiving conventional THA).All surgeries were performed with posterolateral approach.Perioperative indicators,radiological parameters,postoperative Harris Hip Scores,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative blood loss and operative time were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group,while preoperative preparation time and hospitalization costs were higher(P<0.05).Postoperative Harris Hip Scores were improved in both groups,with the study group showing significantly higher scores at 1,3,and 6 months postoperatively(P<0.05).The study group also showed superior outcomes in acetabular abduction angle,acetabular anteversion angle,combined offset discrepancy,and leg length discrepancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:MAKO robot-assisted THA can improve the precision of prosthesis implantation and enhance postoperative hip joint function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
