从"元气-阴火"失衡探析肿瘤免疫微环境失稳态及中医调控策略
Exploring Tumor Immune Microenvironment Destabilization and Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Strategies from the Perspective of"Yuan Qi-Yin Fire"Imbalance
摘要
Abstract
Tumor is a complex disease,and tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)destabilization is an important factor in tumor occurrence and progression.Based on the Yin Fire theory of traditional Chinese medicine,there is a potential correlation between the imbalance of"Yuan Qi-Yin Fire"and time destabilization and the transformation of tumor immune typing.Injury to the spleen and stomach and insufficient Yuan Qi lead to the endogenous Yin Fire,which is the initiating factor of TIME destabilization;abnormal spleen and stomach transportation and dysfunction of ascending and descending are the core pathogenesis that promotes Yin Fire to rush upward,aggravating the disorder of TIME components;Yin Fire and its pathological products ultimately mediate the transformation of tumor immune typing.The treatment strategies of"performing from the beginning","inheriting and controlling"and"generating and transforming"are proposed,providing a new perspective for tumor-related theoretical research and clinical practice.关键词
