海藻酸钠/纤维素/壳聚糖凝胶材料制备方法及其应用研究进展OA北大核心
Research Progress in Preparation and Application of Sodium Alginate/Cellulose/Chitosan Gel Materials
自然界中多糖类化合物储量丰富,其广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物体内;多糖具备组织支撑保护、能量贮存、抗炎、免疫促进等功效,如今得到了广泛的认可和应用.多糖类凝胶材料通常具备三维网状结构的特殊材料,因其独特的结构和性质已广泛应用于食品、医药、化工、生物工程、化妆品、传感器等领域;与传统化学合成的石油基凝胶材料相比,天然多糖基凝胶材料具备原料来源广泛、成本低、性价比高、安全环保、生物相容性高、制备简便、可生物降解等优势.本文综述了三种常见天然凝胶材料海藻酸钠、纤维素及壳聚糖的性质特征、制备方法、具体应用和优缺点,为天然凝胶材料在各领域中进一步的开发应用提供更多理论和现实参考依据.
Polysaccharides are abundant in nature and widely present in animals,plants,and microorganisms.Polysaccharides exhibit multiple functions such as tissue support and protection,energy storage,anti-inflammatory effects,and immune promotion,and they are now widely recognized and applied.Polysaccharide-based gel materials,which typically feature a three-dimensional network structure,have been widely applied in fields such as food,pharmaceuticals,chemical engineering,bioengineering,cosmetics,and sensors.due to their unique structures and properties.Compared with petroleum-based gel materials synthesized by conventional chemical synthesis,natural polysaccharide-based gel materials have the advantages of wide raw material sources,low cost,high cost-effectiveness,safety and environmental friendliness,excellent biocompatibility,simple preparation,biodegradability,etc.This paper reviews the properties,preparation methods,specific applications,as well as advantages and disadvantages of three common natural gel materials:sodium alginate,cellulose and chitosan.It aims to provide more theoretical and practical reference for the further development and application of natural gel materials in various fields.
