海藻酸钠/纤维素/壳聚糖凝胶材料制备方法及其应用研究进展

Abstract
Polysaccharides are abundant in nature and widely present in animals,plants,and microorganisms.Polysaccharides exhibit multiple functions such as tissue support and protection,energy storage,anti-inflammatory effects,and immune promotion,and they are now widely recognized and applied.Polysaccharide-based gel materials,which typically feature a three-dimensional network structure,have been widely applied in fields such as food,pharmaceuticals,chemical engineering,bioengineering,cosmetics,and sensors.due to their unique structures and properties.Compared with petroleum-based gel materials synthesized by conventional chemical synthesis,natural polysaccharide-based gel materials have the advantages of wide raw material sources,low cost,high cost-effectiveness,safety and environmental friendliness,excellent biocompatibility,simple preparation,biodegradability,etc.This paper reviews the properties,preparation methods,specific applications,as well as advantages and disadvantages of three common natural gel materials:sodium alginate,cellulose and chitosan.It aims to provide more theoretical and practical reference for the further development and application of natural gel materials in various fields.关键词
