花椒精油微胶囊制备及其性质研究
Preparation and Properties of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Essential Oil Microcapsules

Abstract
To reduce the loss of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum essential oil during processing,this study investigates the effects of microcapsules on the stability of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum essential oil and the retention of its functional volatile components.Using chitosan-sodium alginate as the wall material,Zanthoxylum Bungeanum essential oil as the core material,and calcium chloride as the crosslinkers,Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil microcapsules are prepared by extrusion and freeze-drying methods.The wall material ratio,wall-core ratio and crosslinker concentration are optimized by single-factor experiments and response surface experiments to select the optimal preparation technology for Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil microcapsules.Moreover,GC-MS determination,thermogravimetric analysis,sustained-release performance evaluation,and storage stability analysis are conducted on both Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil and its microcapsules.The results show that the optimal process for Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil microcapsules is as follows:wall material ratio of 1:3.5,wall-core ratio of 1:3,and crosslinker concentration of 1.5%.After 30 days of storage,38 volatile components in the microcapsules and 35 in the Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil are detected,and the volatilization rates of microcapsule and essential oil reach 2.3%and 32%,respectively.The results indicate that the sustained-release performance,thermal stability,and oxidative stability of the microcapsules all improve significantly compared to those of essential oil.Additionally,the microcapsules effectively retain active ingredients of the essential oil.关键词
