为研究沼液沼渣替代化肥对盐化潮土的土壤性质和梨产量的影响,在轻度盐化潮土上开展了梨树田间试验,设置5个处理,分别为不施肥(CK)、常规施肥(XG)、沼液沼渣替代氮磷钾肥(ZX,氮、磷、钾替代比例分别为25.00%、18.00%、22.00%)、仅施用沼液沼渣(ZY)和按梨树需肥规律优化速效氮肥(ZH).结果表明,与常规施肥比较,ZX、ZY、ZH处理土壤碱解氮、速效钾和有机质含量显著提高,分别提高了13.29%~26.24%、17.91%~34.49%、18.16%~23.49%,其中ZH处理有利于提升土壤有机质含量,且对土壤碱解氮和速效钾的提升效果最好;与常规施肥相比,ZX、ZY、ZH处理可以显著降低土壤中Cr含量,分别下降了30.00%、21.43%、17.15%;ZX、ZY、ZH处理显著增加土壤Fe、Cu等微量元素含量;沼液沼渣替代化肥显著提高土壤碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性,分别提高8.82%~24.51%、31.50%~76.60%;相较于常规施肥处理,ZX、ZY、ZH处理均能显著提高梨产量,分别提高了23.03%、14.89%、14.25%,ZX、ZY、ZH处理均能提高梨的Vc含量,其中ZX处理较常规施肥处理Vc含量显著提高.综合分析,沼液沼渣替代不同比例化肥能够显著改善土壤性质、提高梨产量、提升梨的品质,且ZX处理综合效果最佳.研究结果可为沼液沼渣在轻度盐化潮土上的应用提供理论参考.

To investigate the effect of replacing chemical fertilizers with biogas slurry and residue on soil properties and pear yield in saline fluvo-aquic soil,a pear field experiment is conducted in a mildly saline fluvo-aquic soil.Five treatments are set up:no fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization(XG),biogas slurry and residue replacing NPK fertilizers(ZX,with substitution ratios of 25.00%,18.00%and 22.00%for N,P and K respectively),sole biogas slurry and residue(ZY)and optimized rapid-acting nitrogen fertilizers based on pear trees nutrient requirements(ZH).The results show that compared with conventional fertilization,the contents of soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter were significantly increased by 13.29%-26.24%,17.91%-34.49%and 18.16%-23.49%,respectively.ZH treatment is beneficial to enhance soil organic matter content and exhibit the best effect in improving both alkali-hydrolyzable N and available K concentrations.Compared with conventional fertilization,ZX,ZY and ZH treatments significantly decrease soil Cr contents by 30.00%,21.43%and 17.15%,respectively.ZX,ZY and ZH treatments significantly improve the contents of Cu and Fe in soil.Replacing fertilizer with biogas slurry and residue significantly increases soil alkaline phosphatase and sucrase activities by 8.82%-24.51%and 31.50%-76.60%,respectively.Compared with XG,ZX,ZY and ZH treatments significantly boost pear yield by 23.03%,14.89%and 14.25%,respectively.All three treatments enhance fruit Vc content,among which ZX treatment achieves the optimal results.Comprehensive analysis reveal that replacing fertilizer with biogas slurry and residue at different proportions can significantly improve soil properties,increase pear yield and quality,with ZX exhibiting the best overall effect.The research results provide theoretical reference for the application of biogas slurry and residue in mildly saline fluvo-aquic soils.
