基于PID的小区塑料大棚温湿度调控系统设计与试验
Design and Experiment of PID-based Temperature and Humidity Control System for Community Plastic Greenhouses

Abstract
To address the problem that the temperature and humidity adjustment of common plasticgreenhouses needs manual rolling cotton curtains and ventilation operation,which is time-consuming andlabor-intensive,this study designs a temperature and humidity system for plastic greenhouses based on PIDcontrol technology.The system features a modular design for temperature and humidity measurement,control output,display and alarm functions,which enhances the connectivity and anti-interference capability between modules,improving efficiency and stability.This study analyzes and optimizes the controlalgorithm,followed by single-factor and comprehensive field tests in small-scale greenhouses.The resultsshow that when the initial setting range of temperature and humidity is preset at 25°-27℃and 50%-60%,the average error rate of the system control is 1.2%,meeting the plant growth requirements of the test cell.This research results provides a reference scheme for the automation technology upgrade of commonplastic greenhouses.关键词
