Research and application of hydrological and water resources calculation service platform in Sichuan Province

Abstract
To enhance the professional computing service capability for hydrology and water resources,and to leverage digital technology in addressing issues such as scattered computing tools and non-standard data values,based on the actual situation of hydrology and water resources services in Sichuan Province,this study analyzed the objective conditions of hydrological and water resources computing services in Sichuan Province from the perspectives of user groups,functional modules,and performance requirements.The methods and pathways for platform construction were explored in depth,leading to the development of a hydrological and water resources calculation service platform for Sichuan Province.Following a process that included requirement analysis,platform development,technical solutions selection,multiple programming languages were employed to accomplish a series of construction tasks including calculation logic design,structural framework building,functional module division,and database design.This integration of hydrological and water resources data with computational programs provided an integrated platform for calculation services.Practical applications demonstrate that the platform improves computing efficiency,effectively meets the computational needs of government agencies and the public,and offers robust computational support for hydrology and water resources design,construction,management,and related tasks.关键词
