基于STM32的自动换笔写字绘图机设计
Design of an automatic Pen-changing writing and drawing plotter based on STM32
摘要
Abstract
The design of an automatic pen-changing writing and drawing machine based on STM32 is introduced.And the mechanical structure of this design mainly consists of an XYZ motion structure,a pen-lifting structure,an automatic pen-changing gripper and a rotating pen holder.The hardware circuit is composed of the main con-trol chip STM32F103RET6,photoelectric switch sensor module,DC step-down module,stepper motor drive module,etc.Firstly,the text to be written or the picture to be drawn is converted into G code through the upper computer software.Then,the G code is pre-parsed and burned into the main control STM32.After further par-sing the G code,the STM32 controls the machine operation to complete the writing and drawing tasks.In addi-tion,the automatic pen-changing function of this design can automatically change pens of different colors during the writing and drawing process to meet diverse writing and drawing needs.关键词
