LeV-HKB病毒去除对香菇9608生产性状的影响及转录组分析
Effect of LeV-HKB virus removal on the production traits of Lentinula edodes 9608 and its transcriptome analysis

Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of Lentinuia edodes mycovirus HKB(LeV-HKB)virus removal on the yield and production characteristics of L.edodes,the mycelium of L.edodes strain 9608(CK)containing LeV-HKB virus was treated with ribavirin to obtain a virus-free strain(TD).TD and CK were cultivated under the same conditions,and their yield and agronomic traits(fruiting bodies)were compared,along with transcriptome analysis.The results showed that the average single rod yield of the TD strain increased,and multiple agronomic traits were significantly improved(P<0.05).Transcriptome analysis identified 58 differentially expressed genes(DEGs),among which upregulation of key genes such as cytochrome P450 and O-methyltransferase directly pro-moted the increase in L.edodes yield.This study elucidates the mechanism by which LeV-HKB virus removal im-proves the production characteristics of L.edodes by regulating molecular pathways such as arginine biosynthesis,ribosome function,and glycoside hydrolase activity,providing a new theoretical basis for virus-host interaction research in mycology.In addition,this discovery provides practical guidance for optimizing the detoxification technology of edible fungi and improving the cultivation efficiency of other economic fungi,which has certain ag-ricultural application value.关键词
